Customer-Supplied Content

Customers are responsible for ensuring they own or have permission to use any artwork, photograph, handwriting, name, logo, or other content submitted to DRAWELLE. We may decline content that appears unlawful, infringing, abusive, or inappropriate.

Design Interpretation

Turning a drawing or photograph into jewelry requires artistic and technical interpretation. Fine details may be simplified, resized, connected, thickened, removed, or adjusted so the design can be manufactured safely. Where a design proof is provided, the approved proof controls the final design.

Handmade Variations

Because each piece is individually made, minor differences in dimensions, line thickness, engraving depth, enamel placement, color, plating tone, polish, and finish may occur. Product colors can also appear different because of screen settings and lighting. These reasonable variations are not defects.

Jewelry Care and Safety

Jewelry is not a toy. Small parts and chains may present a choking, strangulation, or entanglement hazard and should be kept away from babies and young children except under responsible adult supervision. Jewelry should be removed before sleeping, swimming, bathing, sports, or activities where it may snag or be exposed to chemicals.

Material Sensitivity

Individual skin reactions vary. Customers with known metal sensitivities should review the product materials before ordering and stop wearing the item if irritation occurs. Our products are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition.

Intellectual Property

All third-party trademarks and copyrighted works remain the property of their respective owners. The creation of a personalized item does not transfer ownership of third-party intellectual-property rights.
