Shipping Fees

We currently ship only to the United States and Canada.
Orders over USD $106 qualify for free standard shipping.
For orders under USD $106, shipping fees are:
- United States: USD $8.50
- Canada: USD $6.80

Estimated Delivery Time

United States: 7–10 business days (Monday to Friday)
Canada: 5–12 business days (Monday to Friday)

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Transit times may vary due to your location, carrier schedules, customs, or unforeseen delays.

Order Cut-off & Processing Time

Order Cut-off Time: 5:00 PM (GMT-05:00) Eastern Standard Time (New York)
Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday).
Orders placed after the cut-off, on weekends, or during public holidays will be processed the next business day.

Order Tracking

Once shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and link.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking to become active.

Multiple Shipments

If your order contains both pre-order and in-stock items, we may ship items separately to get available items to you faster.
You will receive separate tracking numbers at no extra cost.

Address Accuracy

Ensure your shipping address is complete and correct before placing your order.
SteadyTemp is not responsible for delays, misdelivery, or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete address information.
