Limited Warranty
SteadyTemp warrants that the SteadyTemp Wireless Smart Meat Thermometer will be free from defects in materials, workmanship, and components under normal use. This Limited Warranty is valid for one (1) year from the date of delivery.
This warranty applies only to products purchased directly from our official website. Products purchased through unauthorized third-party sellers, resellers, or second-hand marketplaces are not covered under this warranty.
If your product requires warranty service, repair, or maintenance during the warranty period, please contact our Customer Support Team at sales@steadytemppro.com.
Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)
Please do not return any SteadyTemp device, accessory, component, or wireless smart meat thermometer without prior approval from our Customer Support Team.
All returns must be authorized in advance and accompanied by a valid Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Unauthorized returns or returns sent without a valid RMA number may be refused or returned to the sender.
Shipping Costs for Warranty Service
Customers are responsible for shipping costs to send SteadyTemp products or components to our inspection center for warranty evaluation.
If a defect covered under this Limited Warranty is confirmed, SteadyTemp will cover the shipping cost of the repaired or replacement product back to the customer's original shipping address.
Please note that the original defective product must be returned and inspected before a replacement unit can be issued.
Warranty Exclusions and Void Conditions
This Limited Warranty does not cover, and will become void under, any of the following circumstances:
- Failure to follow SteadyTemp's safety instructions, operating guidelines, or user manual.
- Damage caused by accidents, drops, misuse, abuse, negligence, or improper handling.
- Products used primarily for commercial, industrial, or professional purposes rather than normal household use.
- Unauthorized modification, alteration, disassembly, repair, or tampering of the device, probe, charging base, or internal components.
- Normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage, scratches, dents, or discoloration that do not affect product functionality.
- Damage caused by improper storage, extreme temperatures, water damage beyond product specifications, or other environmental factors.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SteadyTemp shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use or inability to use the product, including but not limited to loss of food, loss of profits, or other economic losses.
