Refund and Return Policy

At SteadyTemp, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return a product, please review the full return and refund policy below.

1. Return Window

All return requests must be submitted within 30 days of receiving your order. Transit time is not included.

  • Defective or damaged items: Contact us within 7 days with proof (photos). We will provide a full refund or replacement, including any original shipping charges. Return shipping for defective items will be covered by SteadyTemp.
  • Returns for personal reasons: Items can be returned within 30 days if unused and in original condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping, and original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Non-returnable items: Accessories and items marked ‘FINAL SALE’, ‘FLASH SALE’, ‘CLEARANCE’, ‘ADD-ON ITEM’, ‘HOLIDAY SALE’, or ‘MYSTERY BOX’. Returns are not accepted if items are stained, marked, torn, or damaged.

2. Return Requirements and Proof of Purchase

To return a product, it must be in unused condition, in its original packaging, and accompanied by a valid proof of purchase (e.g., original order receipt or invoice).

  • Defective items may be returned even if they have been used as intended.
  • Personal reason returns must be unused and in original condition.

3. RMA and Return Process

Do not send items back to the manufacturer or shipping address on the package without authorization.

If your return request is approved and meets eligibility requirements, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number along with detailed instructions for returning your package.

Unauthorized returns or items returned without a valid RMA number may not qualify for a refund and may be returned to the sender.

4. Return Shipping Costs

  • Defective items: Return shipping is covered by SteadyTemp.
  • Personal reason returns: Customers pay for return shipping, and shipping costs are non-refundable.

We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your return and are not responsible for lost packages in transit.

5. Inspection and Refund

Once SteadyTemp receives and inspects your return, we will notify you via email. We will also inform you whether your refund request has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and the credit will be automatically applied to your original payment method within 10 business days.
