From Drawing to Necklace: How Your Custom Keepsake Is Made

Every DRAWELLE keepsake starts with an image that matters to you. Because no two drawings are alike, each order follows a careful review and approval process before production begins.

1. Upload your artwork

Choose your preferred material, finish, design style, and chain length on the product page. Then upload a clear JPG, PNG, or WebP image of the drawing.

For the best result, photograph the artwork in even light, keep the camera directly above the page, and make sure the full outline is visible. Avoid heavy shadows, glare, blur, or fingers covering the design.

2. We review the image

We check whether the artwork is clear enough to translate into a pendant. If an important area is difficult to read, we may contact you for a better image or clarification. Production does not begin until the required customization information is complete.

3. You receive a design proof

Our team prepares a design proof that shows how the key lines and recognizable details will appear. This is your opportunity to review the design before production.

If something important has been missed or needs adjustment, reply with clear notes. Requested revisions and delayed approvals can extend the production timeline, so timely feedback helps keep the order moving.

4. Production begins after approval

Once the design proof is confirmed, your personalized piece enters production. Please allow approximately 15 business days for production after we have received usable artwork and approval. Production time is separate from shipping transit time.

5. Your order is shipped

When the order is dispatched, tracking information is sent to the email address used at checkout. Current estimated transit times are 7–10 business days to the United States, 5–12 business days to Canada, and 6–14 business days to Australia.

The result is more than a copy of a drawing. It is a keepsake shaped by the original lines and approved by you before it is made.
